work flow

The following will be agreed upon via email and phone. Work exchange will be done via email.

1. preliminaries
   a) estimate the charge
   b) agree on the due date
   c) agree on the payment deadline
2. work is started on the file
3. the completed file is returned back to the client
4. client makes the payment

Be sure the translator reviews the proofreading. The proofreader may change the meaning of a poorly written sentence. Also, sometimes the translator is given 2 options to choose from.
